The recordings are made naturally during sittings or in the actual meditation situation. The beautiful music which you can hear playing in the background of many of the meditations is "Fairy Rings", written and played by Mike Rowland, and available from New World Music.

Please note that these descriptions are based upon the contents of the meditations and upon experiences commonly reported by participants. The Waterfall of Healing and the Temple of the Great Spirit.
Isleen guides you through a soothing Waterfall of Healing into a green and harmonious landscape where you feel at peace. You walk alongside a river and meet a spirit who offers you guidance/advice. The spirit then guides you across a bridge to the far bank of the river where you enter the Temple of the Great Spirit.

The Pearl of Wisdom and the Fairy's Gift.
You gaze into a large beautiful lustrous pearl of wisdom and feel peace and reassurance. You are transported to a wonderous magical land where you feel welcome and at ease. You walk beside a river eventually entering a temple of gentle blue light where you see the pearl again and it imparts its special wisdom to you. Coming back along the river you meet a beautiful little fairy who grants you a wish.

The Shrine and the Turquoise Sea of Love and Healing.
You are guided along a hillside path into a magical wood which is a gateway to another world. You meet a spirit woman sitting by the riverside. You cross the river by an ornate bridge to enter a shrine where you meet your guide. You then travel with the woman to the turquoise sea of love and healing. You attune with this sea feeling a sense of oneness and great peace. You receive a gift from the sea which may impart healing and wisdom.

The Waterfalls of Healing and the Chamber of Golden Light.
You start your journey beside a lake of crystal clear water and a shore of silvery sand. You walk across some stepping stones through a gentle waterfall of healing. Beyond the waterfall you explore a cave of silver light and you meet a being of silvery light. You see waterfalls of all the different colours of the rainbow and enter one to experience its energies, wisdom and special healing. You enter a chamber of golden light where you meet your guide and receive a message of wisdom. The silvery being gives you a gift of a beautiful "crystal of seeing".

The Cave of Crystals and the Pool of Wisdom.
Your meditation starts in a beautiful, harmonious landscape. You see a rock of many colours and you enter a cave within this rock. You find yourself bathed in rays of healing light. In the central chamber of the cave you meet a beautiful spirit woman and she communicates to you the purpose of your visit. Looking around you see many alcoves each holding a crystal of a different colour. You are drawn to one and hold it to attune to its meaning. You are guided to a pool and asked to gaze at your reflection in the water in order to receive wisdom.

The Dancing Forest and the Wisdom of the Mountain Peak.
You begin your journey on a forested mountainside. A gentle wind causes the trees of the forest to dance in rythm with the Spirit of the Wind. You walk through the forest feeling great tranquility and peace and in harmony with the Spirit of the Trees which impart great wisdom and the joy of life. A spirit woman guides you to the mountain's peak where you look out over beautiful billowing clouds which form a shape to convey wisdom to you. You are then guided to a waterfall of healing where you take a refreshing drink and experience the joy of life.

The Cornfield and the House on the Island.
You enter a cornfield, the ears of the corn gently waving like the waves of the sea. You feel a sense of total peace. You arrive at a clearing in the centre of the cornfield and meet a young woman of great compassion who offers you guidance on some concern which currently occupies your mind. She guides you through a wood to a beautiful lake. A boat takes you to an island in the middle of the lake where you enter a small house, a second home, where you may find security and peace and regain your equilibrium.

American Indian Meditations

The Pool of Peace and the Mountain of Communion.
You find yourself in a beautiful mountain landscape where you see an eagle circling effortlessly on the currents of air. You enter a majestic forest where you meet an Indian Guide by a waterfall. He offers you a drink from the Pool of Peace. He then guides you along the path to the mountain peak. He tells you that the peak is a blessed place as it connects the earthly and spiritual worlds. He later takes you to his teepee and gives you a gift before you depart.

The Lake of Tranquility and the Village in the Forest.
You start your journey in magnificent mountain scenery. You enter a forest where you come across a vast tranquil lake. On the shores of the lake you meet an Indian who is mending some fishing nets. You go with him to his village where you meet the Chief who gives you some words of wisdom. You return to the lake and your friend rows you to its centre to experience contact with its Essence. Your friend offers you a final word of guidance before you return home. (An unusual philosophical meditation which has a sub-theme of life being given willingly that others might live.)

Recordings of Discussions with Spirit Communicators

The Spirit Realms Liaison Officer
An interesting and amusing conversation with a being who described his role in the Spirit World as a Liaison Officer between the different realms. He speaks of the process of a spirit's transition from one spirit realm to another and about the process of adjustment.

Ted the Strategist
Ted told us that he had been a military commander during the time of Queen Victoria's reign. He talks about the futility of war and about his life in the army. He also dicusses the way that we revert to our essential status of equality upon our return to the Spirit World losing the transient role and status which we had occupied on the earth plane. He comments upon the present and future role of monarchies. He also talks a little about the processes involved in rebirth and about the value of earthly experience as a means for spiritual growth and development.

Hai on the One Mind and Enlightenment
Hai talks about our oneness with the One Mind and the difficulty of approaching the experience of Its reality with our conceptual minds. He also talks of the difficulty in general of imparting spiritual experiences to others and about the enlightenment experience.

The Diplomat
An amusing and quick witted spirit came through one night and explained that he had been a diplomat in his former life on earth. He speaks about his earthly life and comments upon his experiences. He speaks about the power and influence of the Britain of his day and reflects upon this. He makes the connection that even as individuals we all have some power and control over others and that we should recognise the responsibility which this carries.

Hai on Testing Everything Against the Principle of Love
Hai talks about the importance of questionning everything that comes to us, from whatever source and testing it against our sincere understanding of the Truth and Love, accepting responsibility for our own choices and actions. He talks also of the distortions which have occured through Religions yet emphasises their role in providing alternative paths suited to different people in leading them to the One Mind.
