Supported MeditationsThe Supported Meditations package has been developed for those who wish to develop their meditation practice and to enhance and learn more from the experience of meditation. After each of the meditations regularly given by Isleen at our home she often gives people an indication of the general purpose of the meditation and the philosophy behind it as well as interpreting and commenting upon people's individual experiences of the meditation. People who have taken part have found this invaluable and found that it enhances their experience. We are therefore endeavoring to make Isleen's feedback available to those who are unable to visit our home in person. How it Works- Select any two recorded meditations from those available below or select the Email Meditations if you prefer that option.- Your Meditation CD/Tape or Email Meditations will be forwarded to you and you will receive some general guidance by Email regarding meditation technique and how to make use of the meditations. - Over the next four to eight weeks we would suggest that you listen to each of the meditations at least twice. (If you have opted for the Email Meditations you will need to record these onto disc or tape first.) - Each time you listen to a meditation make some brief notes recording the key aspects of your experience. Email us your report of your experience including any questions you may have about it in order that we may ask Isleen for feedback for you. Please note that you are limited to four feedbacks . We would suggest that these should be sought within four to eight weeks of starting your meditations in order to maximise benefit from the experience, but you may extend the period of the four feedbacks for up to a maximum of four months. - Each time we receive your report we will seek feedback from Isleen for you and forward her response to you by Email. The recordings are made naturally in the actual meditation situation. The beautiful music which you can hear playing in the background is "Fairy Rings", written and played by Mike Rowland, and available from New World Music.
